In each of the previous eight years (2013-2020), Janny, Jeff and Shan each achieved the Royal LePage Director’s Platinum Award. Royal LePage recognizes the Top 5% of its Sales Representatives in each market with this award.

In 2003, two successful Ottawa Realtors—Janny Mills and Jeff Rosebrugh—made the decision to join forces in an effort to strengthen and build their individual businesses. They felt that, by combining their real estate knowledge and experience, they could better serve their ever-growing database of clients.

In July of 2011, Janny and Jeff merged their team with award-winning Ottawa Realtor, Shan Cappuccino and his team to form the Janny, Jeff and Shan team. This powerful alliance of professionals brings to their clients a team with more than 100 years of combined experience and a breadth of local real estate knowledge that is a powerful advantage in the Ottawa real estate market.

Today, the successful team consists of the three partners, as well as experienced Administrative Assistant Michelle Harris, Licensed Assistant Christine Jurado and seasoned assistant Tom Mills.
